Dining SaloonLight and airy with wide ocean views of Tangalle; restaurants of such high standards as the Dining Saloon are truly hard to find. Offering a choice of Western and Eastern cuisine as well as light snacks, the menus are varied with a focus on seafood – featuring the freshest of the day’s catch.
Traditional Sri Lankan fare including many local dishes also has its place in the menu and you can sample them all at the buffet spreads – an excellent a la carte menu is also available, as well as a snack menu with special meals for kids.
Dining TerraceSituated on the west side of the hotel the outdoor dining terrace overlooking the Indian Ocean lays out sumptuous barbeques and glorious sunsets to accompany them.
