Pigeon Island Beach Resort-Trincomalee Sri Lanka

Overview of Pigeon Island Beach Resort-Trincomalee

Pigeon Island Beach Resort is a luxury boutique hotel on a secluded beach in Nilaveli, north of Trincomalee on the East coast of Sri Lanka.

Nilaveli is known the world over for its soft, white sandy beaches, mixed with mineral-rich black sand unique to this coastal strip. Colourful coral reefs, warm blue-ocean and sunshine are thrown in, free of charge!

The décor of the hotel is minimalistic, with a few pieces of curios, like old wooden doorframes and an Elephant carved in the Dutch period. (4 centuries ago)
