This is an insight to cultural, food and rural living of Sri Lankan people in its authentic form and nothing is staged but real stuff. You will be staying in a home stay in Kandy in the outskirts of Kandy town and explore the rich heritage of Kandyan dynasty, explore markets, study about various spices and culinary secrets and also venture out to rural Kandyan village to see rural way of living in the mountains. .

Day 1 - Relaxing at Farm Stay
You will be picked up by our guide from the main road at 2.00 pm and drive to the Farm Stay which is approximately 10 kms away from the main road. You will be greeted by the host at the farm stay and enjoy a refreshing welcome drink while you settle to relax and get accustomed with the rural setting. Dinner and overnight stay at the farm.
Day 2 - Fishing add See Wild Elephants
Wake up to the call of chirping birds and enjoy a hot cup of Ceylon Tea and get ready for an exciting day ahead after a hearty breakfast. On this day you could join with the local farmers to learn the process of making Sri Lankan dessert delicacy of curd mad out of Buffalo milk. You could go fishing in the lake with the local fisherman in a traditional catamaran which is also a canoeing experience. Enjoy a farm fresh rice and curry just made for you and rest for a while before we set for a private safari at the backyard of the farm to see Wild Elephants. You will be served with a sundowner while you observe the natural habitat of these majestic Elephants. Back at the farm for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3 - Agricultural and Culinary Secrets
Spend some relaxing time after breakfast at the farm interacting with the farmers, walking in the farming fields and even you could get hands on experience in planting trees, plucking fruits and vegetables as you are invited to join hands with the kitchen team at the farm to cook your lunch, a fun filled experience. An experiential journey of agricultural and culinary secrets of Sri Lanka. After lunch, set for a nature trail in the woods behind the farm stay to see birds, crocodiles, various rare trees and medicinal plants. You may also see some wild Elephants and we keep safe distance and observe their natural habitat. Back at the farm, you will be served with an outdoor BBQ dinner amidst a roaring bon fire under millions of stars. This is your last night at the farm and enjoy it to the fullest.
Day 4 - Depature
After breakfast, bid farewell to locals who took great care of you and delivered an exciting, one of a kind experience. Be driven to the main road to go to your next destination.
